Delivery

We send all our letters in plain brown card backed envelopes, so they are protected from damage and keen sighted eyes.
We take great care of your letter, and once it is despatched, the Royal Mail will do the same.
We use a signed for service from the Royal Mail for all deliveries, including international. Once despatched, you will receive a tracking number.
Cost is £3.50 for the UK
Anywhere else £9
The Royal Mail handles huge amounts of mail - especially at this time - so delivery may take a little longer than usual. Unfortunately we cannot take any responsibility for delayed post.
Please let us know if you would prefer a guaranteed by 1pm the next day delivery which is £10.50 (UK only).
We aim to get orders out as soon as possible - but we need a day or two to let the ink dry.

If you choose priority post, you letter will arrive by 23rd December, although for peace of mind we are not sure we recommend this!

Personalised orders are non-returnable. Should the elves make a mistake, please let us know and we will send you a corrected letter. Should you make a mistake, please let us know and we will do all we can to correct it.
